PRINTING & DELIVERY

It will take 5 - 7 working days from receipt of payment in our bank for PVC and Fabric backdrops to be printed and made.

Delivery will be another 2 - 5 working, depending on the area.  Make sure you plan ahead and leave enough time when you order before you need to use your backdrop. Please rather only book your session once you have received your backdrop to avoid disappointment.

Paper backdrops and backdrop stands will also take 5 - 7 working days from receipt of payment to be delivered.

Backdrop Passion SA will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier company delays.  As we like to give you the best possible quality, we will not rush any orders.

All deliveries are done through The Courier Guy via road freight.  Delivery charges on the website are estimated amounts, and should there be a discrepancy between your option chosen and the actual delivery fee, you might be held liable for this amount.

ABOUT THE MATERIAL WE PRINT ON

Matt PVC (510 gsm)

Pros

  • Fully washable and solvent resistant
  • Can be used as a floor drop or a backdrop

Cons

  • Takes up a lot of space when storing, and should not be folded
  • May scratch or stain
  • Darker colours might have some glare

Bannerweave Fabric

Pros

  • Machine washable
  • Hang dry or steam to remove wrinkles
  • Iron on the back if you need to
  • Easy to store and travel with
Cons
  • Not easy to use as a floor drop as it moves around
  • Due to the nature of the material and printing the size might differ a few inches 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products may be returned within 10 days from date of delivery only for the following reasons:

  • Backdrop Passion sent the wrong product, different from your order in either design or size.
    • Should you receive the wrong product, Backdrop Passion will replace the product with the correct one as soon as possible. Please contact us telephonically immediately in such a situation.  In this case we will be liable for the delivery costs.
  • The product is defective
    • Should you receive a defective product, Backdrop Passion will replace the product as soon as possible. Please contact us telephonically immediately in such a situation.  In this case we will be liable for delivery costs
  • Please note to qualify for a refund the item must be returned, unused and in the same condition it was received within 10 days from date of delivery. You are liable for the delivery costs to return the product to us.
    • Refunds will only be done once the product has been inspected and Backdrop Passion is satisfied with the condition of the product.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds and returns will not be allowed due to slight colour or size variations, or if you ordered the wrong product.
  • No refunds, returns or replacements will be done for custom orders.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Please note that the colour on your screen might be different from the printed colour for many reasons, including your screen's colour vs. the printer, material printed on etc..  Please note that we will not be liable for any returns, refunds or replacements due to colour variations.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

All of our designs are copyrighted and may not be duplicated, used as a digital backdrop or copied in any form without our written consent.  Legal action will be taken against anybody that violates the copyright.

Custom designed designs stay copyrighted and the property of Backdrop Passion at all times.

CUSTOM ORDERS

You may request a custom order from us, either in the form of a variation from a current design or a new design.  Custom orders are not refundable..
